When “culture” comes in the form of lipton black tea equivalent boba trucks and candied syrupy meats at the mall, you won’t know what authentic is down here when it happens. Don’t go to Ming’s for Americanized Chinese, you go here for Mandarin hot chicken/beef with a side of fried rice or noodles. Valdosta doesn't have much authentic stuff, but when it does it’s most likely the world traveled folk or Military that’ll actually acknowledge it. ”

My Chinese friends said that have been living in U.S. for few years, today’s dishes are best Chinese foods in U.S. so far. Because they are serving “truly” authentic Chinese dishes. We wanted to know how did they make the special chili sauces. But of course it was a secret. We will be back there again tomorrow. ”
